Based on ROS, Powered by Jetson Nano.JetHexa is a hexapod robot powered by Jetson Nano and supports Robot Operating System (ROS). It leverages mainstream deep learning frameworks, uses OpenCV for image processing, incorporates MediaPipe development, enables YOLO model training, and utilizes TensorRT acceleration. This combination delivers a diverse range of AI applications, including motion control, color recognition, KCF target tracking, line following, gesture recognition and somatosensory control.
AI Vision Recognition and Tracking.A 2DOF HD camera is positioned at the robot’s head, which enables real-time First-Person View (FPV) transmission by detecting its surroundings. Combined with advanced computing capabilities of Jetson Nano and deep learning, JetHexa can train models for various interesting applications, including image recognition, mask identification and emotion recognition.
Inverse Kinematics Algorithm.JetHexa can switch between tripod gait and ripple gait flexibly. It employs an inverse kinematics algorithm, allowing it to perform “moonwalking” with fixed speed and height. Furthermore, JetHexa allows for adjustable pitch angle, roll angle, direction, speed, height, and stride, giving you complete control over its movements. With self-balancing function, JetHexa can conquer complex terrains with ease.
Robot Control Across Platforms.JetHexa provides multiple control methods, like WonderAi app (compatible with iOS and Android system), wireless handle, Robot Operating System (ROS) and keyboard, allowing you to control the robot at will. By importing corresponding codes, you can command JetHexa to perform specific actions.
We offer an extensive collection of up to 150 tutorials.These tutorials cover wide range of topics, including getting ready, Linux operating system, ROS, OpenCV, motion control, AI deep learning, depth camera and Lidar mapping navigation and 3D vision interaction. Please note that our technical support is limited to the existing learning tutorials, and we do not provide assistance for secondary development.
